This # is on craigslist for a job opening I tryed to call but it doesn't go threw.

This is Kirby, the vacuum people.  Someone most likely gave them your name and number as a referral.  I had a friend do it (with my permission, because I already own one) several weeks ago and they call 6-8 times per day from this number as well as 815-301-4354 and 815-301-4351.  I basically let anything with a 301 prefix go to voicemail now... or I let them listen to the tv for awhile.  Kirby's are great, but their sales tactics are HORRIBLE!

This number calls twice a day, seven days a week.

This # shows up on caller ID as KGDIST. They kept calling me because they said they were a rug cleaning business called Kirby Cleaners & claimed they got my # from someone who knew me & thought I would be interested in their service. They would not disclose who gave them my info.  I repeated told them I was not interested & to stop calling me. The lady on the phone even got snippy with me stating that I had requested their services. I finally ***g up. Later I decided to call them back to file a complaint with this caller's supervisor but the phone just rang & rang. No answering ma****e.  This was in 2007. The calls stopped in 2008. Now in Aug of 2009, I am a***n getting these calls & they are asking for me by first & last name. No answer when you call back the #. A reverse lookup shows the number is a land-line out of Crystal Lake, IL.

Like the previous poster, they are from a Kirby cleaning service.  They get your name from someone.  They offer to clean two rooms of carpet for free if you listen to their sales pitch about Kirby cleaning ma****es/products.  It is no cost to you but you do get the sales pitch of a lifetime!

I keep getting called two or more times a day and they even know my first and last name.  When I call back it either rings and rings or it tells me the number is disconnected.

This company calls claiming that someone you know gave them your number so they could offer you a free carpet cleaning.  I told them I did not know the person that they said referred them to me, but she insisted that I did!  The calls stopped for a couple of weeks but now they have s****ed up a***n.  Now when they call I pick up the phone, say*****o and then s**** saying random things (Swiper no Swiping!, did you know that 99% of all pears are actually g****s?, etc)  Hasn't stopped the calls but it is fun messing with them!

The number listed here calls my phone twice every day!  When I call it, rings and rings and rings.
