So, this number claims to be for some sort of health insurance and, according to my phone, it is coming from Lena, IL. I ignored it at first, though I did call back to see what sort of deal it was (since a call from Lena comes in every single day and I know literally NO ONE in that area), and before it could ring, someone was instantly on the phone introducing themselves and asking if I was "looking for myself or a family plan". I asked what company it was, and the woman I spoke to either said they were a health center or help center - my phone doesn't exactly have crystal clear sound on calls, for whatever reason - and a***n, I was asked how many people I would be insuring. I straight out said "none" and that I instead had a question. There is another number that keeps popping up from Lena, IL ( 815-369-8268), so I asked if they also called from that number. She said "I can see that, how many people will you be insuring?" I'm about 99.9% sure this is a scam. If it's not, that was the worst and weirdest customer service I've ever dealt with.
