Called us saying from Windows tech support. Convinced me to let them take remote control of my laptop and tried to get me to buy windows registration with hacker prevention. Didn't buy it and ended up locked out of my laptop. Had to get my laptop repaired at geek support Best Buy.

Called from "Windows Technical Department" in reference to a fake person. Scam.
