When filling out the form, make sure you say that they are trying to sell you so****ing so the FCC doesn't reject your complaint. It is illegal to call, regardless of what is said, if it is a prelude to sell you so****ing, which this is. They are selling vacation packages. I was called by a local business for over two years and my DoNotCall website complaints did nothing. I even sent a postal letter to my State Attorney General asking why they weren't enforcing it. Their office replied telling me to file a complaint at DoNotCall.gov. Gee, that's what I did for over two years and it did nothing.When I filled out the FCC online complaint form, the calls stopped and have for more than two years. The company was warned first by the FCC but they kept calling so I kept complaining to the FCC. After a few months I got a letter from the FCC saying they took enforcement action and I haven't heard from the company since. If you want, keep a log of the calls so when they call in the future you can show this on the online complaint form.  I just email myself the quick details with the date, time, and number of the telemarketer and keep it in a Do Not Call folder in my Yahoo mail box.

this is a high pressure sales company that gets your number from info submitted to internet sites....be carefull when sites ask for personal info in exc****e for "free" screensavers...etc......

I got a call about 9:50am from a kelly somebody rather asking me to press #1 on my phone to reach her directly or to call 815-582-3056.so****ing about me putting in for a drawing and me winning a suv, flat screen tv or a trip some where. She said she was with a company called TVC.... I never heard of this company and I know for sure I never put nothing in reffering to a drawing. so I found this sight and it sounds like a big SCAM!!!!! Why would they call us out of the blue, offer us this stuff but also be just a voicemail asking us for our names & info. when we supposively won this fake stuff, right?!
