First American Funding calling "about your mortgage".

I received a similar call.  They were friendly and tried half-heartily to get information about our situation.  I did not offer specific or personal details, but enough information to understand their product.   I exited by stating that I needed to discuss the product with my wife.

Called them and talked to a Joe and a Chris with the same voice. They have called us 14 times. Doesn't like to be threatened and I filed a complaint on him with Do not call list of Minnesota.We will see if that gets me anywhere.

I just received a phone call from "Warren" from First American Bank.  I didn't even let him get a word in edgewise.  Told him we were happy with the banks we deal with.  Then I looked up the phone number on Google and it's emanating from Level 3 Communications, LLC.  I also had registered my phone number on Wisconsin's No Call List, so in my opinion, this was a telemarketer.

I spoke to a representative from a First American Bank - claiming they wanted to help lower our payments - but their computer cut them off mid discussion.
