1/17/2011 1155 call from CPS - did not identify who calling/demanded to know/unbelievably rude/keep asking for Elizabeth Young or Johnson/called me an idiot for demanding to know who CPS was and not answering her question/slammed phone down. How is it o.k. to harass me; not person(s) calling for; don't know anyone calling for; owe no one nothing and these ****s get away with it. I get calls every 3-4 months like clock work. Whatever happen to victims rights - went out with integrity/responsibility/truth etc. etc. etc.

IF THE COMPANY THAT CALLED YOU IS A COLLECTION AGENCY,THEY CANNOT ID THEMSELVES UNTIL THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE TALKING TO THE PERSON THEY ARE CALLING FOR BECAUSE ITS A***NST THE LAW FOR THEM TO DISCLOSE ANY INFO TO ANYONE ELSE. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TELL THEM YOUR NAME AND THEY WILL TELL YOU WHERE THEY ARE CALLING FROM.

got a call on my cell, missed the call so I thought I would be nice, and called it back and I was asked for my personal information name phone number and address, when I questioned who is this and who do you work for I was informed that this information can not be disclosed until I know who I am talking with... she repeated my number without being provided by me.. and I confirmed that it was correct however I still asked who am I speaking with name and company name " i will lose my job and I am not going to do that"I said then when your done playing games we can work thru this issue whatever it is... " I am not playing a game" then I was informed and "YOU HAVE A NICE DAY" AND SHE ***G UP...I am sorry but I will not release information to someone who will not identify themselfs and the company they work for...now I've added them to my phone list noted do not pickup ! !

I got a Monica and she was not polite in the least and couldn't be bothered to tell me what company she was with.

This b***h calling my cell and telling me to call them, why the***** would i call them if i dont know who they is

I called and they were very nice.  They are a collection agency and they mistakenly called me.  They were looking fo another person and through the internet obtained my info.  Long story short they apologized for the mistake and they needed little info to clear this up.A***n they are very unwilling to give out information (including business name) but if you call them back and are willing to exc****e a little information (both ways) you can get to the bottom of this.

This is a company called CPS or Creditors Protection Service.  www.creditorsprotection.comMy first interaction with them was not pleasant at all, resulted in an argument of them refusing to ID themselves until I ID'd myself (funny, when I call someone I say 'this is so-and-so from such and such company, is so-and-so there?), apparently this is not their technique.  It's two girls in an office, if you get the one with the sweet kid-like voice, she likes to **** up on people without giving them a chance to talk.My second interaction with them was better because my attorney got them to answer the questions I had (like I'm not paying a bill if you can't tell me what it's for).  Now that we knew what it was for and that it was a legitimate bill... we can take care of it.

this lady called me. She demanded that she talked to blake. told her i was not blake. she then proceeded to tell me that i was a liar and that " I WILL CALL YOU BACK, I WILL. HAVE A GOOD DAY." this lady ****ed me off so bad!!!

Got a call on my cell- left a voicemail saying they were calling for my husband and their name was "Susan McCoy"

i got ***g up on 2 time and they wont say wo is calling me. i tell the i am janet but they want to know what is my hubbys name and more info but i wont tell them cause i dont know who i am talking to
