Telling me I was getting sued and that I had a claim a***nst me. Threatening to call my place of work to find me.

Claimed to be looking for me due to a filing, very ***ue and couldn't tell me what jurisdiction, instead the woman gave me an 855 number and case number ( fyi you should never call these numbers that's where the scam begins). Courts will never try to reach you by phone, without a mailed summons.

They had asked me about a family member of mine and called all my family to contact my main family member. They said so****ing about owing money and showing up to our residents.

Stated she was contacting me about a claim being filed a***nst me in the county. (Didn’t say what county or who was filing or where she was actually calling from.)

They said they were a compliance officer with a phone number and case number for an owed debt. And that I was going to be charged with fraud and breach of contract. They called back in February, I asked the “company” for a debt validation letter they refused claiming it was “evidence” a***nst me.

Gave me a case number and phone number to call. After resear****g and forwarding the information to my attorney. Was advised to not answer and they would release it to the proper authority.

Said there was a claim filed a***nst me and would contact place of employment

Called my minor daughter's cell phone called her by the wrong name and said there was a claim a***nst me (though they used a totally different name) that was going to be filed with the county.

816-207-3265 called my phone looking for Jessica Rose Hall. I have owned my phone number for several decades and have no idea of how my phone number got****ociated with Jessica Rose Hall. I do not know her.
