Yeah, that's Time Warner Cable customer service trying to do a survey after I just attempted to pay my bill using their phone system and then had to talk to a person there because their janky system kept messing up. For the record, they ask you whether or not you want to take a survey and I said I DID NOT want to take the survey. Apparently they call regardless of whether you said "yes" or "no". Doesn't surprise me. Time Warner can **** it.

My phone thinks the call is coming from Liberty, MO... and yes, I got to spend 11 minutes on hold with TWCKC this evening...

It is Time Warner calling for survey after you've spoken to them for customer support.  However, they are only supposed to call if you opt in to the survey by pressing 2 prior to your cust. service call.

Had the same problem. Probably some type of telemarketer.

I received five calls on my cell within a few minutes, but I was speaking with someone else at the time and did not switch over. When I had time to call back the incoming number, it did not ring and quit the calling process each time of multiple tries using two different cell phones and a land line phone.
