I'm a lawyer.  I was contacted by Delta Outsource Group.  They did not tell me what the matter was about. They had already called my mother.  She was scared by their called.  I will not tolerate this kind of tactic.  I plan to sue them under the federal law, Fair Debt Collection Act (FDCA).  They will pay for their predatory practices.  You may contact me at Timothy C. I used to work for delta outsource for a short period but quit because they broke the law constantly by not following the FDCPA and I personally didn't want to get sued and yes they are very rude. Remember you can sue this company for not following the laws even for not veryifing who you are thru social security # and address or not giving you the mini miranda or for threatening you with a law suit unless they know for sure they are going to sue you and they don't  know that it just a way to scare you into paying.

They called me and could not come up with the original creditor's name, nor did they know how old is my debt. There is a statue of limitations for even debts, I asked them if they have my original credit application, he was like Ma'am where are you going with this? If they're calling me to collect a debt, the least I can expect is that they have ALL information! SOOOOOOOOOO, I referred them to my BK lawyer, have been unemployed CANNOT find a job.

This is a collection agency. They are incredibly rude. If I owed them money I wouldn't EVER pay with their nasty at***ude. They won't remove my # even though it's not me they are looking for.

It is a collection agency based out of Missouri.  They also s****ed calling from area code 573, same company.  They just like to throw people off, so they may go down the list and use all the area codes in the State.  The economy has been rough, so I know I have collector's after me and if I don't know the number I just don't answer.  I just Google the area code and if they  s**** calling 3-6 times a day and do not leave a message then I know is a Collection Agency and yes they will never be nice.

Ok-sh*t for ***ins, nowhere in my post did I say anything about a PO box. Google the phone number and it comes back to the business I stated in my first post. That phone number does not match up with the physical address of the company. Get your reading comprehension *****d--****!

they're the rudest people in the world... it took me ten minutes of calling back over and over to finally find out why they were calling me 3to4 times a daythey would say stuff like "well if you paid your bills we wouldnt need to call you" when it was my wifes bill and she is now totally disabled  from 1999 btwI wouldnt pay them even if i hit the lottery

I called the number back and the recording says it is Delta Outsource Group as stated in another post. However, Delta is located in O'Fallon Mo., which is by St. Louis. This number is listed as "Certified Transmission & Clutch" in Kansas City, MO. Just on the safe side, DO NOT give them any information. Have them contact your attorney if they need any info! I am contacting Delta myself today to verify if this legit or not. I will a***n post later.

I got a call and message saying that w***ver this number was needed to speak with me regarding an urgent matter.  I don't know who it is nor did they say.
