Assume marketing call. Called me in the UK

Person called and said she was from Lexmark and asked me a bunch of questions like if i was happy with the service i had recived was good. Wanted to know if the person i talked to was helpful. She wanted to know if i had to send in my printer to get fixed.this is the secomd time i had recieved a call from this number. does anyone know whos number it is.

Received 3 phone calls in last 2 days. No message, called number back and recevied the following message:"Thank you for your call, we attempted to reach you to follow up on a recent service event and we are sorry we missed. If needed we will call you back. Thank you for your time."   No identification or company name is provided in the voice message.

It was follow-up survey for Toshiba after I sent my laptop in for repairs.

Caller asked for "Joy Williams".  I told them they had the wrong number and they ***g up.

Got a call from this number today. Left no message.

Following up on a customer service call I put into Toshiba a month or 2 ago.

called today and yes****ay, left a voicemail with just an annoying beep. do not bother answering

Got called twice. The first time i ignored it.  I was having lunch at the pub.  Got another call this morning. It was a follow-up call for IBM regardinga service call we placed.  It may be an outsourced company placing calls on IBM's behalf but that's just speculation.

I ignored 4 calls from them (2 on 2/6, 2 on 2/9) because I didn't know the number. I called them back after reading the entries here and got a voice message that said "Thank you for calling. We recently tried to call you regarding a service call. If we need to we'll call you back" and they ***g up. Strange - no idea who they are representing, but it sounds bogus to me. Thankfully I blocked my number, but I'll be wat****g for their call a***n. ;)

this number keeps calling and not leaving a message on my cell. I once answered and asked who's calling and they ***g up!

And I've seen it****ociated to GE as well.  It's a call center that does surveys on service calls/support.  So not really a bogus call, but definitely on a dialer.

It's a company that does follow-up feedback surveys - in our case for 3com after a tech support ticket was resolved.  I saw the same number on another forum saying that it was for Xerox.

Called me several times never left a message.  I called back phone just rang and rang.

Missed a call from this number - got a blank vm with a digital tone. call back was a dead number.

No msg...just a missed call on cellphone
