The person at this number claimed to be Microsoft Support and I was having problems with a Microsoft app and contacted initially through a chat box related to the trouble *****ing for the app. I got concerned as we proceeded and stopped. He had a Eastern India accent and was telling me that I had been hacked and had real issues that only he could fix. I decided to terminate the call because it felt like a scam.
