I have been recieving calls from this number for a while. they never leave a message, when you call the number it says it is out of service.

The same happen to me....but they dont speak......when i answer ***ody talks...i try to call back but now the number appears put of service.

Calls home phone, never leaves a message.

I've been recieving these calls for about 1 wk 2 times a day. eveytime i pick up they don't speak. Who are these idiots?

I got 2 of these calls today so far. Caller ID shows Independence MO. I called the number back and received a message saying that the number was not in service. This could be a violation of the federal telecommunications act.

This number called here and asked to speak to me. I was not at home and when I tried to call the number back it says that it is not a working number

I answer and no one on line

At first I was receiving calls from an Anonymous caller. When I'd answer they would **** up. This went on for weeks. Yes****ay they finally said "Can I speak to....." and ***g up. So, I decided to block all anonymous calls from my phone. Then today I s**** getting calls from this number with the ID: Kansas City MO. Coincidence.....I think not. If this is a bill collector or telemarketer, how can they get so****ing out of you if they don't ever speak, or ever leave voicemails??
