Called back and automated message said call can not be completed as dialed

Called a senior citizen today and when she handed the phone to me, he very rudely asked who I was.  I politely asked him who was calling and he gave a rapid answer and wanted to speak with the senior citizen.  When asked about the nature of the call, he said she was on a list for Medicare B - she is not!  I told him he could send the info in the mail.  He ***g up!  The number seems to be a cell, not a business.  I would guess trolling for social, etc.

Left a message on my voicemail at work.  Seemed to be like kids playing a prank.  Sounded like whistling or pushing ****ons in the background then I specifically heard them say "I don't know...I don't know how to turn it off. Haha  I'm just freakin ******ed, I haven't played with it at all."
