this number is on my caller id and when i answer no one says anything

This number has s****ed calling me in the last day or so.... Noone says anything when I answer and when I tried to call it back it said "the call isn't allowed from this line"!

This person calls me everyday and it's always when I can't answer. I try calling back and it says "the call isn't allowed from line." I try from other lines and it says the call cannot be completed as dialed? What??
