Scam! Asked for my husband by first name, said there was a legal case a***nst him and said the police were going to arrest him. On and on and on this guy pressured my husband to call his senior manager which never ever do! We asked them to remove our number from the call list. Terrible! The guy said he was calling from Washington DC, caller ID said Kansas City with the same number as above.

Got a call from these people, a female with Indian accent would NOT stop talking or let me say a word...said she was calling from some medical/pharmaceutical company and first asked for my husband by first and last name...I know she got his info off the web somehow from an online order bcuz he is Mexican amd has 2 last names and no middle name. His bank put his second last name (which is not what he uses in reality) on his account and credit/debit cards and this woman asked for him by first name and that second last name, just like is on his card...noone else calls him that) Nice to know we are vulnerable to scammers like this!!! I told her we are on the do not call registry and I want their mailing address to send a cease and decist letter because they are breaking the law by calling me...she stated she wasnt allowed to.give out that info! I told her I WORK in a Call Center (Incoming tech care) and know the laws and consumer rights and she is breaking another Federal law by refusing to provide me with this info! She then ***g up on me!!! I kid you not....less than 2 mins later the phone rings A***N from same number (caller ID both times says "Biomeditechrx" spelled exactly like that, and its a DIFFERENT Indian female who a***n asks for my husband and who I tell I just was ***g up on my a prev rep and I want that address right now and a Superviser...she puts me on hold to get a Supervisor but when she comes back she just has the address, no Supervisor...and a huge apology. Idiots! They steal my personal private info, dont ck to see if Im on the do not call reg, break the law by soliciting someone on that list, refuse to give me info mandated by the Fed government, **** up on me, continue to call, and s**** the calls on top of everything. Hkw to do these people sleep at night doing such shady business???
