CBE is the company when I asked what they did they replied back with (Personal help that you may need) I guess they do not know me. They call me almost every day. I thought they were a gun dealership when they first called but nope they didnt want to buy guns.

This is a collection agency named CBE group with head office in IA. They call relentlessly daily at different times from different states. Harassment is their second name and job.
