This is a scammer. If you google Facebook Market Support, a fake website pops up. You call the number and the representative claims to be customer support . They have you download an app so they can "view the problem on facebook" then they take over your phone and transfer funds through Venmo, your bank (if auto login), UBER Cash and Zelle. I stopped them but there was****ential for thousands of dollars.
