This call is SPAM! I received same messages on my cell from this number at 12:00am and 2 voice mail messages were the same that others have listed here.

Got a call on my cell from this number at 7 am. I did not know the number so I sent to voice mail. When I played the message, the beginning was an automated voice telling me "this is a free call from:_______" I couldn't even understand the person. It sounded like mumbling during the section where a person identifies themselves on a collect call. Tried a calling, got a not in service message.

Called 4 times at 2:30 am. Asked to accept a collect call. ***g up and blocked number.

call came at 3:00am. wanting to except this call, no one was there the call was dropped. DO NOT except any calls from 816-826-3003!!! You have been scamed!!! Charged on bill when you did NOT talked to anyone!

No person by name they are trying to contact at residence. No phone calls from this number will be accepted ever at this residence cease and desist contact for non existing person at this residence!!!

Someone trying to get so****ing from u. It left me a voicemail saying to accept the call press one and when I did it never did anything.

Call came at 2:30 in the morning. Automated voice indicating that I needed to press 1 to accept the call. When I did that, phone went to a static sound for about 2 minutes and then cut off. When I redialed the number, it cut off after about 5 seconds.

Repeated calls to cell claiming to be a collect call and get a credit card number

I think this is an under cover number given only to top officials
