Who Called: No name given-- came in o CID as National Guard (NOT)

Showed as Nat'l Guard-- with the actual 866-983-5064 number but-------- the VM left was about lowering interest rate???Knew that was not so so went to look up number given and 5170 came in under it---- SCAM-- and using the NG this way is disgusting------
