I blocked my number and called back. It is Meyer Teleservices and their message says to visit their web site to be put on their do not call list. I am already on the national do not call list, so I'm not sure why they called me in the first place. www.callmeyer.com is their website and they identify themselves as telemarketing service on that page.

This is a company called Meyer Teleservices.  It is their Do Not Call department.  They call because of a political client who has your number, and knows you are on the national do not call registry.   If you want to be added to this list you can leave a message to do so and the calls will stop, AND you will not get the policitcal messages...this is great especially during election periods.

I have no idea who this is.
