I am getting calls from ACS every hour. The same guy with an Indian accent stating so****ing about my SS# and an affidavit or so****ing. I can not understand him because of his heavy accent and the background noise is horrible. Add this name & number to the list: Mark Harrison 057-497-347.  What can I do to get them to stop calling?

I got the same caller id on my phone and some weird guy who couldn't speak English saying there was an affidavit, and so****ing about my name and so****ing filed a***nst my social security number. Not about to call him back!

I got the same calls everyday and some even tap into my work number s****ed to call me from there and **** i called the homeland security on them and let them handle it i just hope it works id love to get them to stop calling

I got the same thing today and a few times now. Here is another name and number to add to the list052-497-347Mark WhiteSamer indian acccent. Very Loud and bousterous. This has scam written all over it. It is a scare tactic from a collection agency for a pay day loan. Do Not Fall for it!!

They called me and said they had 3 serious charges a***nst me...they told me go get a prepaid Walmart card and put the money on it....they would not accept a money order. They don't do business like that. I told them I didn't do business the way they did.  He said his name was Jeff Williams and he called from 646-810-8635...2 weeks later they called from the 052 number....same voice, same indian accent, said his name was Charles Brown. What is up with these people? Do they think we are ******?

Hello everyone. I am going through the same situation here. These guys have my address my ss # my account info , my first and last name.. What do i do? Can someone email me please just help me out.. Every time i ask for proof they flip out. So what i did was i told them i would pay them to email me a payment plan and the amount i would pay every month. So i have names , numbers , fax , and email. Got a call from 052-497-347 have no idea what kind of number this is.  The message is not understandable.  Real broken english.  This is the second call like this in about 6 months sounds like the same voice and accent but different scam.  I hope they don't have anything more than my phone number and I am thinking about c****ing my number but I think that would be a big pain.

I got a phone call from a 052-497-347 today.  These are definately scammers and I think I know how they got my number.  Two days ago I placed three different ads online and I got my first scam phone call.  Bad English and they also send scam e-mails pertaining to your merchandise for sale.

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM 05249**** ABOUT A PAYDAY LOAN THAT I NEVER GOT AND THEY HAD ALL MY INFO THIS IS A SCAM.THE GUY COULD NOT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH.

Rec'd call today from 052-497-347, left a voicemail telling me they had "gotten my application" and I was "approved for an auto loan." Very heavy Indian accent, was a little hard to understand. No name left

I had problems with "ACS" calling me a few weeks back with the same false story as the rest: that I owe money for a payday loan I never paid back. This is completely bogus. The latest number to show up on my caller ID is 052-497-347.

Here's the new numbers:  813-749-99***13-319-2655813-436-8927817-231-7414817-231-7415817-231-****this "little"  Scam is getting bigger and bigger by the day.  It seems that these guys and gals have several different scams going on.  this one s****s with a website and then turns to bill collections.   They are also connected with many "craig's list" and ebay scams.  If you get a call that you are not sure about ask them for their mailing address and check it out.  tell them  to send you information about the bill in writing through the postage mailing box.  Don't give them any information what so ever!  they are only going on what they know or think they know and that is very little.John

I just received a call from this so-called company and it was a guy who I couldn't even understand his name or what he was saying, all I got out of it was that I had 3 judgements a***nst me from a company which he didn't give the name of and that I was in big trouble and that I should call him back. Look at the weird number that showed up on my caller id on my cell phone.

I received a call from ACS saying that I owed a company some money and that they had do***entation of a law suit a***nst me. I received a call a few months ago from another company called The Department Law and Enforcement saying the same thing. When I called them back I gave them my name to look up my file but he said he had to have my phone number. Finally I talked to the senior investigator and I asked him if he would let me read so****ing to him and I s****ed to read different comments from this site. The man got very mad and said he was going to call my employer so I told him to do it. The call I got a few months ago I got into cussing match with the guy on the other end after he could not give the address to their company or at least tell me what town they were in. I called the BBB, FBI and the Attorney General's office and they had no idea who this company was.I ended up finding tah phone numb ers that they are calling from are to an internet server and that most of the time they are not even in the United States.

This is hardly a company, this is a Scam. Every call is different but the same. The name of the company c****es and the names of the employees c****e; but the same scare tactics remain. They state that there are companies that are going to sue you and put you in jail. Then they try and squeeze you for information and get your banking information and take your money. I have done a little research and it seems that the group was operating out of California, but now they are in Tampa, Florida area. They have several cell phones with all different area codes and numbers. Every time you call one of them it is the same guy it seems. If you catch them unaware them you will get a woman who's name also c****es frequently. I have tried to obtain a mailing address and they will not give. They are violating many rights of many people: old and young, rich and poor; but mostly the poor. If these guys have harassed you then try calling them (protecting your number), and if it is a girl ask for a guy and if it is a guy then ask for a girl. I s****ed getting the calls 3 weeks ago saying i owed money to a company that i never have did anything with.  I called BBB and Attorney generals and they could not find them at all. I registered complaints with them. I would do the same thing.

Called me saying my friend was in trouble and if i did not call back i could get in trouble.  It's a scam.
