Call incessantly but never leave a message

They call 3 x a day every day when I pick up or call back it just beeps 3 x then disconnects.

Clothing donations. Usually they **** up after I answer but if I raise my voice they might s**** talking.

I want these calls stopped. How? They continually call all the time. No message, no one on the other end. All hours many times a day.

Can't understand the strategy of repeatedly calling my number for no apparent reason. I recognize the number and will never pick up.

This call has s****ed coming in every day. ID says "out of area" and if I dial the number back I get "your call cannot be completed as dialed". Who are these people and if they don't want to be reached why call in the first place?

They just called at 8:55 PM. Picked it up and noone answered.  I received so****ing in the mail the other day from the society everyone is mentioning.
