Can't recall the company name, but they claimed to be a Health Insurance Company -- the lowest s******** on planet earth. They wanted to provide a quote as longs as I told them of any pre-existing condition. The audacity!!. Firstly, I have health insurance. Secondly, HIPPA protects confidential patient information. An individual does not have to reveal their medical info unless they give consent. The guy persisted in asking me if I had pre-existing conditions. So first you want my money, then you want me to reveal private medical information to a cold-caller and then you want to turn around and be s***bags by denying me coverage due to pre-existing conditions. Can't wait till legislation p***** to regulate these sychophants who prey on American citizens. Enough is Enough. The other issue is they could be iden***y thieves, gleaning information from different sources to create a profile. Bottom line: never give private info to cold callers.

A man called 11/3 at 8:00 am and identified himself as from United American Health Insurance.  He called my business cell phone, which is unusual.  He proceeded to ask me a bunch of personal medical questions, which I refused to answer.

Have been receiving daily calls from this number.  Filed FCC complaint today after reading the messges here.

Thank you "Fight Back" for posting that information. I'd been receiving 7AM calls from this number for days. I called both Experian (Mike) and PDS (Deborah Gilroy) to be removed; let's hope it works!

On no-call list.

They have called me 2-3 times a day for the last 6 months.  It is pure nonsense.  Thanks to the post above, I called to have my number removed and Deborah Gildry answered the phone "PDS".  I said I wanted my number removed and she said her name and that she would have it removed right away.  I still do not know how they got my number as I am not familiar with Experian of MetroMail, but I file a complaint a***nst them after every call with Donotcall.  I would suggest everyone else do the same even though we all know we will see about as much action as any other group in Washington these days.

Just called. Was told they would remove my number "right away." We'll see.

I called 800-950-8032 and requested to be removed from the list.  We'll see what happens.

These people will not stop calling.

Their toll-free number is 800-950-8032, Business Telephone 214-343-7374, Fax 214-340-4533, Website www.ushealthgroup.com. They told me they buy lists of telephone numbers from Experian (formerly MetroMail). Call Experian at 402-458-5247 to have your telephone number removed from lists they sell to telemarketers. Call P D S at 800-950-8032 to have your telephone number removed immediately from their call lists.

We are on the do not call list and these people still call.  They **** up if you do not answer.

Same as above except that it's May 1, 2009 and they are still at it.I am on the Do Not Call list but haven't had the time to pick up and tell them...

I don't expect to ever hear from them, a***n. They called and first, I hate telemarketers to begin with. A s***my job for low-life people working for incredibly soul-less companies owned by people that I hate worse than stepping in a pile of dog ****. With that said, they called here and s****ed in, and I was like, "Praise Jesus! We really need some health insurance. After my kidney was removed early last year, and then my wife developed ****** cancer and had it removed late last year, and then I lost my job, well... we've just had all sorts of problems finding health insurance since then. You tell your agent to come right on over and we'll sign up, today."It's been strangely silent on this end. I wonder when they'll call back?

I have received numerous calls from PDS 817-284-0509 usually at 8am including Sa****ays.  I am on the no call list and wish these companies and others like it who ignore the law be stopped.  The calls from telemarketers seem to be getting worse-apparently no one gets in trouble for breaking the law.

They called asking for a person, then they went into the heath insurance talk. When I said thanks for the call I am reporting you and they will shut you down, she said we will just c****e rented offices if they do try to shut us down like last time. And ***g up! Must be nice to work a job like that.
