It was a very realistic message left by “Kelly Baker from the processing department” talking about how I have new repayment options for my student loans. Crazy and scary how real these messages sound.

A woman claiming to be from the processing department said she had fantastic news about some significant c****es to my student loan repayment. It was important that I call her back and she gave me a reference number to give when I did so.
They claim to want to get my student loan records straightened out for the money I owe. I'm 70 years old and student information was for 1990-1992 (my years in college- not their information). If I would happen to have loans outstanding, I think our government would have been after me a long time ago.
