Second time [at least] I've gotten a call from this company. I called back and [a***n] told them it was a wrong number and they should correct their records - I don't want the customer to have her car repossessed because they have the wrong number on file. Representative told me the customer should have her record corrected. I replied "how could she know to correct the record if she's not getting the calls?" Also wondering why/how a Dallas dealer would have a customer in St Louis. "Customer had schedule to speak with them today before 5pm"

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL, I WAS $10.00 SHORT ON MY PAYMENT, THEY WERE GOING TO REPO MY CAR FOR $10.00...I GOT THE CAR IN FEB AND SINCE THEN I HAD A $4.00 PAY CUT WHERE I'M ONLY MAKING 9.00 AN HOUR, I'VE BEEN STRUGGLING TO MAKE THE PAYMENTS BEING LATE YES AND HAD A FEW BROKEN ARRGANGEMENTS, INSTEAD OF HELPING ME A LADY NAME CANDY TOLD ME OH WELL IF I CAN'T MAKE MY PAYMENTS THEY WILL COME GET CAR I TOLD HER I WANT TO KEEP THE CAR I'M STILL MAKING PAYMENTS..SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT WHAT PROBLEMS I HAD BUT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO HELP ME. AND THEY DIDN'T...SHE TOLD ME TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS ON MY RENT AND PAY THE CAR...NOW I'VE RECEIVED A NOTICE TO VACATE MY HOME BECUZ THIS TERRIBLE CAR PLACE WOULD NOT HELP. I GUESS THEIR CAR WILL BE MY NEW HOME.

IVE HAD MY CAR SINCE 11/2010 AND SINCE THAT TIME I HAVE HAD CONVERSATIONS WITH A GENTLEMAN NAMED HENRY ABOUT MY PAYMENTS... HENRY IS THE MOST RUDEST ********KER THAT HAS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE.. I WILL SAY THAT THERE ARE A FEW DECENT ONES THAT ARE THERE FOR INSTANCE,... LARRRY SEEMS TO BE OK AND ONE THAT WAS REALLY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL IS TIFFANY IF THERE ARE STIL WORKING THERE... THE REST OF THEM SUPERVISOR OR NOT ARE NOT WORTH DEALING WITH...... WHEN I WAS BUYING MY CAR MY SALESPERSON TOLD ME HOW NASTY THEY WERE.  I FIGURED THAT I WOULDNT HAVE A PROBLEM SINCE I WAS OK WITH THE PAYMENTS  BUT SINCE THEN I HAEV BEEN IN A LITTLE LEGAL BATTLE AND HAVE FALLEN ONCE MONTH BEHIND ON MY PAYMENT AND SINCE THEN THE PAYMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN POSTED CORRECTLY TO MY ACCOUNT WHICH RESULTS IN THEIR SYSTEM SHOWING THAT MY PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN BEHIND SINCE I HAVE HAD MY CAR... HOW DOES THAT WORK?  WHERE DO THAT AT?    NONETHELESS I AM CONTACTING THE BBB TO INFORM THEM OF THEIR RUDENESS AND THE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS THAT THEY HAVE... THIS IS  A MESS AND I WISH THAT I WOULD HAVE RESEARCHED THEM BEFORE I BOUGHT MY CAR....

This is the worse place ever! A caller named Larry called on my mom and my account there stating she owed some on the payment. He was very rude and argumentative. What happened was she paid online and the money only went to car note and not the engine repair also. No one ever stated to pay for them seperately. And there was no need in being disrespectful. I will be reporting them tomorrow!

THIS PLACE ALWAYS CALLS ABOUT 30 TIMES A DAY AND I DONT EVEN LIVE IN TEXAS AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I OWE THEM 9.000.00 FOR WHAT I DONT KNOW I EVEN CALL THE ARLINGTON TEXAS POLICE TO GET THEM TO TELL THEM THAT THEY HAD THE WRONG PERSON

I agree report them to the better business bureau.  They talk to their customers like we are trash and treat them like they are ******.  Shady dealership and finance company.  Call BBB.

This phone number belongs to MEI Auto Max and this company is horrible.  They do not think twice about insulting or disparging you.  DO NOT DEAL with them, report them to the Better Business.

Don't know who this is but wish they would quit calling my number. We are on the do not call list!!!!!!
