This is a slip of paper, 2nd time receiving, saying they have been trying to deliver a package to me. No name, definitely not from the postal service (USPS) nor Fed-ex nor UPS. In my opinion, this is a telemarketer that is wanting to obtain my telephone number. Be very cautious.
