This is a scam operation to steal your money. A booking is not a confirmation. Hyatt knew nothing about my travel plans the day before my arrival. I wasn't able to confirm or cancel any reservation with Hyatt. Travelocity intercepted my attempts to book with Hyatt on my own. They offered a room at $289.00 and they billed it at $813.57. Be careful.
