I don't know wat the call was about. I wasn't home when it came through. I"ve seen this call maybe 3 or 4 different times in past cuple of months. A message was never left. I've been reporting these kinds of calls with the donotcall.gov site since I'v registered there, that is once I find out it's not a nonprofit org since those kinds have exemption.

They said they were the police activities committee and wanted a donation.

Caller never responded or answered

OK. One more time for the beginners. ­1. Forward harassment calls from home phone to your cell 2. Teach cell to recognize number & 'tag' the entry 3. Set answer ring to "silent" 4. Clear the trash calls at the end of the day. It's no problem when you get used to the routine. And, it sure makes for quieter times......bot­h day and night.

Caller ID 817-370-2660.  Caller immediately ***g up after I answered.  I immediately dialed *69; woman answered but ***g up when I questioned who she was and why she called my number.

8/2/08Caller ID identifieid 817-370-2660. I answered on 2nd ring. Caller ***g up immediately.

When I answered they did not say anything.

Tired of these people calling, over a year now, and begging for donations to the police acadamy.  Try to stop it!!!!

"A" and the number is all that showed up on the caller id.  No message either.
