Person stated he was an investigator for the IRS but when I advised him that I could not understand what he was saying because of his foreign accent & since he had all of my information could he send me a letter detailing what his call is about he ***g up on me. I called a***n & asked him to send a detail letter & a***n when I mention sending a letter he immediately ***g up.

This was a robo-call, supposedly so****ing about a fraud,please return call immediately.
