Leave a CommentGetting too many calls from this number from a person stating name was Officer Clayton. from IRS.. I called the number left and that stated it was officer Brianhis McAllister
Called and claim to be from IRS crime investigation division. Left a message saying he was Chris Mueller. When you call back his voice mail says Brian McAllister. Dumb criminals can't even stick to one name.
I too received a call from a "brian mcalister". He told me that I needed to make a payment of 1,800$ or I would be arrested in 1 hour for tax fraud. He also told me to go to a cvs or walgreens to get a green dot card and to send him what ever money I could. Needles to say this is a total SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I can't believe people are ****** enough to fall for this pathetic attempt at a scam. To the lady that fell for it if your that dumb, not only I don't feel sorry for you, but you will likely be scammed many times a***n. I'd be surprised if you haven't been scammed many times in the past. Any way, all I did was hear his silly message. Seemed unlikely all his important info would be blocked by interference. Then I called his number with *67 first. His voice mail message also has interference blocking the important info. SCAM
I too received a very contentious phone call from a guy with a heavy Indian accent claiming to be officer Brian McAllister calling from G****vine, Texas phone # 1-817-400-4063. When I asked for his badge number, he provided one: RDX2833! Can you believe this??? He said that my husband committed IRS TAX FRAUD and that we were criminals and if I don't pay 1,498.10$ right away, my husband will be arrested at his place of work and an officer will show up at my door within 30 minutes. He said that if I keep asking questions, he will write a report that I was refusing to cooperate and that I was evading the IRS. After several minutes it was very clear that he was getting very irate with me and when I said I was going to call my husband and call the IRS to doub*****eck he said that this was my last warning and once I ***g up the phone, there was nothing that he could for me except send me to jail. I ***g up, called every agency to report him and BLOCKED the number on my phone. It was disturbing and crazy. Please do not fall for any of that. The IRS WILL NEVER EVER CALL YOU! And I suspect they won't threaten you this way either!!!
Today I was scammed. The worst I've ever been in my life. I still can't believe I believed the whole thing. I was scammed by the best, most resourceful people in this 'business'. They had my phone number, address, and knew my husband was out of the country. They called and told me that my husband owed a large amount of money in tax evasion and they were calling from the IRS. They said he wouldn't be allowed back in the country or I would be arrested until paid the debt. I did everything they told me to do. I took money out of my account and then ran around putting the money on Greendot money PAC cards. After I gave them the scratch off number in the back of each card, my money was as good as gone. I was told to stay on the phone with him as I ran around doing as I was told. So, I couldn't and didn't call anyone to ask if this was real. I just thought about me being arrested and my husband not here and who would take care of my girls now. I called my local police after trying to get the money back from green dot but they weren't helpful since it was a scam, untraceable, and the phone number linked back to Irving, Texas. I then called Texas. They also gave me the same hopeless answer. I had three different names he called himself and the person he worked with. The money was untraceable and I was scammed. I looked up the number and was shocked at the number of complaints under it. The person uses the same name most of the time, but seems to use a different type of scam every time. Mine was the biggest so far in a month. They go under the names Michael Shaw, Brian Mcallister, and Ben Clayton.
