This is a scam, or at minimum a deceptive marketing tactic designed to get you to call the number on the postcard. I recently moved into a new home and received one as well. We’ve had dozens of successful deliveries from FedEx, UPS, and USPS in the last two weeks—there’s no legitimate reason for any package to be “held.”
Received a post card with this number. They say I have a parcel, and need to pick it up.
