They have been calling me and my family saying I took out a loan that I did not. They are telling me all the same stories they are telling everyone else. It is a HUGE scam! Don't listen to them. The numbers showing up on my caller id are 0000 and 832 519-8180.

i dont thhnk file reports dose any good they cant catch them they route # through diferant places if everybody just keeps calling them back and hastleing themthey cant call anyone elsestrength in numbers i went to the local hardware and got a little can air horn and **** it into the reciver

I just got a telephone message on my home phone from a "Nick _____" from "Central Affidavit Services" at 832-519-8180. His message was very hard to understand as he has a strong Indian or other foreign accent. He said a "friend" of mine named "Deanna" so****ing (never heard of her) had used my personal information to misappropriate funds and he was going to bring action a***nst me unless I called him back immediately at 832-519-8180 and paid the unspecified amount; Suspecting a scam I immediately got online and found that this same outfit has been threatening lots of people besides me. I am going to let our local police department know, and the credit bureaus and the FTC.

they have been calling me for six months saying my mother in law took a loan and say i have to pay it back they keep calling my office they are a scam every body needs to keep calling them and haras them i dial *67 first then they dont no whos calling to call you back ive been calling all day for a week now and plan to keep it up till they c****e their #   *67 1-832-519-8180

that number is calling me and claiming that i owe them money at a payday loan , i got calls from other ones like that from new york also i dont know how they got my information they even called my moms cell phone it is so harrassing and bothersome to me and my family

Recieved now two calls from them stating that my mother has an outstanding pay day loan that she has not paid back.  Told them that I will let her know and asked them not to call me back. They were very hard to understand.  At first it was some woman and she threatened me that if I didn't have her call that she would keep calling me and sue me.  Told her that I know the law and she is harrassing me and I will not stand for it. That even if someone put me down as a reference in no way shape or form would I be responsible for payment.  She threatened to sue me if I didn't have my mom call her back.  Asked her when did she supposedly take out this loan...at which point she put a man on the phone who s****ed yelling at me telling me he wants to talk to my lawyer. Told him he would be the one having to answer to lawyers for harrassing me.  Asked for a number he gave me 832-519-8180 told him then why is 817-668-4140 coming up on my phone.  Told me he was in Texas...said fine then where in Texas are you and that I wanted a name other than the company which he said was Central Affidavit Service. He told me that I better get a lawyer as he was going to sue me....told him go for it, want your name and address and I will be contacting my local FBI, at that point he ***g up on me.  Believe this to be a scam from another number that came up last week that I did a reverse look up on.

I received at least 3 calls from that number this morning. Could barely understand the person calling. I am sure that it was from a Philippino.

Man with an Indian accent has been calling me for the last two weeks. I let it go to my answering ma****e and it is the same old message that my daughter has misappropriated funds from some agency(Central Laboratories Services), I think that's what he is saying,using my name as a reference.He claims his name is Eric Wilson. He says they will take action a***nst me if I don't call them back. My daughter has not done anything. Do we have any recourse?

received a call at work form Central Affidavit Services 817-668-4140 regarding a payday loan which is being paid through a debt consolidation agency.  They threatened me that they would sue me.  I have filed a complaint.

This same number harrased me back in May and has been harrasing me for the past month. Today I asked them who they were, where they work, and thier address and they couldnt give me the address. They have called me 19 times in the past 10 minures! They also asked for my sister and my ***her's information. We told them we were calling the police and now I'm on hold to c****e my phone number. DO NOT ANSWER IF THIS NUMBER IS CALLING!!!!!

This number keeps calling me.  They said I took out a loan and when I ask for do***entation they say that they will provide me with do***entation once I authorize them to take money from my account.  They have harrassed me telling me that they are going to take me to court and ***** and that I have no money.  One guy even asked if I was a *******.  I am so beyond fed up.  I told them that they can see me in court and to stop harrassing me and sue already!!!!

I have received  numerous calls from this number on my cell phone as well as my home phone, my neighbor  got a phone call in regards to me, I told herto ingonore it. I am so tmepted to threaten them back, they even called my work wanting my number, they continue to call my home number  at least 10times, 10 TIMES... I ahve it on my caller id, I am just about sick and about to take them down, If I ever find out who they are, needless to say, I wish we could call them back the same way they do me... I wonder how they would like it?

Calling about my sister and saying she had a loan that she never paid back.  When I began to ask him questions, he s****ed to stutter and kept repeating that she need to call. I called them back and got a woman and asked her who she was and I was unable to understand her.  I asked her where she was located and she said Texas. I told her Duh, what part of Texas and she replied with who are you trying to call.  I told her that they were a scam and that they were not a legit business and to quit calling people with this bs and I ***g up on her.  If they call a***n, I am going to give them a piece of my mind

This number keeps calling too. Very rude and threatening. Called back to back soo many times we had to unplugged our phone. Left a message on our answering ma****e telling me they were from a crime department and even named off the last 4 digits of my ssn. VERY SCARY!

Keeps on threatening everyone at my house that answers the phone and says they will make your life miserable and so on. The threat was " I am going to take you to court and ***** you really badly!" and then ****s up!! Very mature even after I threatened back and tried to get them to send info they just got aggravated and kept trying to interrupt me! So my advice as well is to state to them that you can sue them for using your telephone line that you pay for them to harass you! That'll get' em to shut up! This number literally called my cell phone back to back 20 times last night. I was beyond upset. I never answered because I do not know what they are calling me for. If they continue to call me like that I will never answer. That is just nonsense. They never left a message just kept calling. My voicemail does not have a name so i guess they said they would keep calling until someone answers.

This company is calling one of my cell phones stating we have an unpaid loan with them and harassing me.  I threatened them with a harassment lawsuit if they call a***n so indeed I hope they keep calling so I can sue the s**t out of them....

Reports he is from Stanford Affivadavit saying i have an outstanding loan but have not applyed for any loans.
