HE IS A FRAUD DONT SEND ANYMORE MONEY TO HIM I CALLED THE POLICE DEPT AND THERS NO SUCH PERSON U CANT GO TO JAIL FOR A PAY DAY LOAN CALL UR ATTORNEY

I also receivedphone messages frm the same person saying saying that he was an officer from tinley park, which is one of my surrounding suburbs. I actually haven't spoken wth him yet but I have called the police department that he identified himself from and they aren't aware of who he is. If anyone has any additional information that I can use to contact this person, it would be greatly appreciated if you could forward it. Thanks?

i received a call today from officer jeff hall. it was a legitimate debt for a payday loan back in 2007/08 and he saaid charges will be filed at my city muni****l court. i paid what was demanded uut could find no one with the attys name he mentioned in nyork state. i hope it was legal .he said if i didnt pay i would be arrested on federal check fraud charges. i hrm of mult sclerosis and cannot go to jail. so i paid. today. my phone says it was a wireless caller

he's a debt collector, and can't arrest anyone

Same guy called me Jeff Hall, stated he was from Waco and wanted to arrest me for bank fraud.I asked him his badge number and called Waco police department. Guess what, no one worked there by that name and their badge numbers don't go that high. I talked to an officer and he said it was a scare tactic and a scam. W***ver Jeff Hall states we owe money to, we need to contact them and ask what collection agency they use. This is a civil matter and no one can be arrested for it, and we could file a civil suit a***nst that collection agency. I am going to report him to the state also.

The person on the other end states that he is Jeffery Hall, an officer with the Arlington Police and states that if I don't pay that I will be arrested. I contacted Arlington police and I was notified that he is NOT and OFFICER. They have received several calls regarding this.

Receive a call from the same guy what was the outcome on your situation.

I received the same call and wondering is he legit or is it a scam.

Officer from TEXAS GOING TO LOCK ME UP

Best I can tell it is a collection agency and the guy who claims to be an officer says he will arrest me. As it turned outhe had the wrong guy. I am reporting him to the state.

got a call from this guy who states he is an Officer...says he has warrants for my arrest.  Anybody know who this is??
