This person is saying he is a white guy from Wales. He says he has a welsh accent, but when I speak to him on the phone he sounds like he has an African accent. He says he lives in Rochester, New York, but has a Texas phone number from Newark, Texas or Azle, Texas; County Tarrant Azle, Texas. He says he is into Crypto Currency and uses a Fortex Platform. He also says he is a Construction engineer working on the construction of Crude Oil sites. He told me he has just got a contract that will take him to a different continent. This is a typical profile of a scammer. I urge you all to be very wary if this guy contacts you in any way. He calls himself Hogan Sutton.
