A mobile phone so though based in Texas the possessor of the phone could be anywhere. Even where the supposed fire damage took place.

Text my room mate on my phone about fire damaged property yes we had a fire but the fire did not happen at the address the text message said this is definitely a scam or spam I blocked the number
