they leave messages stating they are calling to check on me - saying we spoke before about my health and they want to see if there is anything I need. NOTE: The caller ID picks up 972-872-8430 but they voicemail states 817-778-4450 as the call back number. Reported to the Do not Call Registry.

I don't know anything about the health insurance they sell, but "Chuck" doesn't appear to know my name or that any personal touch flew out the window as he was holding a full-****n conversation with someone well into the time that my voicemail was initiated and right into the recording. LOL (the following is exactly what i cut and pasted from the talk-2-text portion of my visual voicemail: "I she's(?) doing right now and if you had hi this is Chuck with the Insurance Center and I'm giving you a call to check on how your health insurance policy is doing right now and if you had any issues in the last few months. Also wanted to let you know that you know based on the craziness in the market right now. If you have the health insurance carriers have already come out with some awesome plans at some significantly lower rates in the Obama care plans. So if you having any issues with your policy right now or you have any questions on it or if you want to you via my staff to take a look at some new rates for you then give us a call. You can reach me a***n at 817-778-4450. If I don't answer...."

Do not know why they called, they did not leave a message; I called them back and they were the Health Reform Team. No reason for them to be calling me.

I had inquired about UHC outside of the ACA Exc****e. Someone was returning the call to make sure my insurance needs were taken care of. They were very courteous.
