called and said there was so****ing wrong with a credit card called back and we could not get threw on a land line we suspect it is a cell phone

I just received a call from this number. Since I didn't recognize it, I didn't answer. The research I've done on it indicates it is a spam call, which is what I thought when I decided not to answer. Blocked!

Let me know today was the last day to lower my credit card interest rate. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, I was put on permanent hold.
