Leave a CommentI don't see how Ziggy and mgrs can't be worried. To me it seems like there are a lot of angry disgruntled employees. You just don't mess around with people's money. Especially money that was earned through labor. I've seen people get **** over 20.00 for taking someones money. And there are several of these people. Just like mailman goes inside wokplace and ****s so many people.. don't these people fear that? I would. From what I've read in these posts people are angry and desperate. People are losing there electricity, rent,etc. With desperate measures ppl will commit desperate acts. Perhaps ziggy may think about this the next time he goes in to work because you never know what can happen in these desperate times.
I googled Ziggy Allen and Tech Xpress as soon as he was hired. My husband is a good-hearted, trusting person who give everyone the benefit of the doubt. He has been making excuses for your sorry a**es through today - telling me the the pay is coming, etc., etc. He is loyal, trustworthy and someone who you have been very lucky to have on your side. I have been warning him that this is a scam, but he says your organization is "Christian" and that I need to just trust God and that these people will come through. He is still telling me this.In the meantime, we can't pay the mortgage, our electric bill, our water bill. I have suspended our Direct TV service because we can't pay it. Couldn't afford real grocery shopping this week. Got beans, rice,****atoes, etc. My job barely covers 1/2 of the bills. I know there are others worse off than we are like the person who lost their electricity last night.If my husband is not paid really soon, I am cutting off his debit card so he won't have gas to get there anymore. We are spending over $50 in gas each week and he is not getting paid. I have stayed silent up to now out of respect to him and his loyalty and his blind faith that he will get paid and things will work out for the best.I am sick of this - Mr. Allen, pay your employees - the ones that are still there are the ones that are loyal and who will stick by you as long as you take care of them.
That's the same thing that happened to Ziggy's last business. No more website . . . . I think by the end of the day there may be no more storefront "business" as they have not been paying rent. All the employees need to contact the Labor Board and also file Wage Claims through the Texas Labor Board. Each employee also needs to go file for unemployment benefits with the Texas Workforce Commission. I think any doubts that they may have about the validity of any of your claims will be gone when there is a group of unhappy people, as opposed to just one or two, suing and complaining about Tech-Xpress and the crooks running it. It makes me sick that they are still some gullible idiots showing up and buying into the lies. EMPLOYEES - GET TOGETHER AND STICK TOGETHER - DO THIS AS A GROUP - Ziggy has to be stopped from ruining people's lives. This is NOT the first time he has done so****ing like this. Robert Tripi is just a **** in this situation. Yes, he is selfish and self-serving and he made sure he got paid and *****ed everyone else, BUT he is NOT the mastermind - he is being used by Ziggy and as soon as he has outlived his usefulness, he will be tossed aside like a piece of *******.If you don't get paid by Monday, then realize you are NOT going to be paid. File with the Labor Board, File a wage claim a***nst Tech-Xpress and file for unemployment benefits. AND LOOK FOR A REAL JOB - anything is better than this f***ed up mess where you don't even get paid!!!!
I think that once all is said.. all the employees should sue gather up attorneys and for all the employees that signed a contract should sue for there contract pays.. hourly employees should sue for grievance personal losses and money that was owed to them that Tech Xpress didn't pay.. its goin to look real good when Tripi goes in front of the judge along with teresa rodriguez and ziggy and explain to the why they were paid and not the employees... every body involved who were shafted by these 3 *****s needs to SUE and get what's owed to them...
It has been brought to my attention, that a meeting is taking place today on or about 2:30 regarding the issue with the rent not being paid with the owners of the building being leased. As all other meetings that have taken place the time and place our subject to c****e on or off the spot without notice to w***ver's convenience. The only consolation is that I don't believe the owners of the building will tolerate that. The hope is that that will in fact happen just to make progress because it has been told that the owners want the rent money or the doors will be closed. With the doors closing it will be the only valid business taking place and will allow the employees to exercise their options to either pursue legal action or s**** looking for another job. "A real job." Most interesting of all is that this company is being run as an ESOP., making all employees directors and according to the contracts that they were asked to sign giving them a right to be there for the meeting. However they are being kept out of the loop as all other decisions being made to and for the company. Would it not be fair to allow all directors to be present to hear first hand what the outcome of the meeting will be. This will allow the empoyees/directors to either exercise their options as mentioned or to share in the good news with the other directors and most of all with the people concerned about their future with Tech Xpress, such as their families. Of course the meeting place has also been kept secret to just somewhere near the building being leased. Near by as been told. Why not have the meeting at the building being leased, where all parties involved be present and would it not be convinient to all parties that are being effected. Seems to me that as a matter of "integrity" which is what's being preached that this would be the perfect opportunity to put up or shut up. Oh well, when you motive is ignited by no regard to others it does not surprise me. Good luck to all those being effected by this ruthless act of deception!
So apparently it has been admitted that there was a mistake in the payroll area. If this issue had been addressed on Friday or the meeting on Sunday May 1st, it would have been easier for the employees to find a way to get money somehow to buy more time or look for another job. Now a whole other week has been wasted stringing these employees along with false hope. Each day counts for some people and remember it is near the beginning of the month when most normal people have bills to pay and rent due. You do whatever it takes to make your employees satisfied so they will be motivated to work for the company and help it succeed. Yes mistakes are made but common sense tellls us to pay your employees first...Honesty is always the best policy. All this ranting and raving is understood but the real issue is just be honest...Don't say by 5pm the checks should be in or tomorrow on paypal if your not 100% certain...But don't also leave your employees ****ing either...I am a real womanand not somebbody else and I've also ordered a laptop which I have not received. Its not good to have peoples personal info for weeks wout doing so****ing abt it. How can I recommend this service to my friends or family? Everything you do has a ripple effect. Yes I am an employee of tech xpress and I must say that I am greatly dissappointed for Robert to be on these forums.instead put your time into paying us and not blogging on forums... we are not being AiD!!! And as of April 1st, no entry level tech or sales member has been paid!!! Robert has been paid.. Ziggy has been paid... no one else has.. we put our hard time and effort in this job on a daily basis!! I for one am not going to the police... but I don't have too.. there are plenty of people who are if we don't see some compensation by tonight.. its there decision.. and when the top people like Ziggy and Robert go down for this then that's good enough for me.... its a felony to not pay your employees..

Since you have been in business, how many computers have actually been ordered, delivered and resided in the store ever. Just the kind of people you want to business with right? Only if you want to have a good laugh.Please know that according to a former "unpaid employee" of XES, who turned them into the Arlington police department, that Ziggy Allen is actually Allen Kiddman and an excon who has a history of scamming businesses. He calls himself a "third generation land developer" and attempted to con me and many others in his business venture. Appears the business is totally "virtual" and there isn't any actual business address, although they have used the home address of Ms. Watson.
