They called around 8:30 p.m. every night for the last week! No message, and I get the same thing "you have reached an unasigned number"  If this is legi***mate, why do they have to hide who they are when I call back?

this is CITIGROUP... and they can be very rude!!legally they can call between 9:00 am - 9:00 pm.....AND THEY DO... about 5 times a day...I would not want there phone bill.I just don't answer, and let it ring...

won't stop calling! i don't answer or call back because they don't leave messages. we too are with citifinancial, but are not late on any payments! annoying...

These people have been calling me for months, I found out from this website that it is indeed citigroup about a car loan. I spoke with them and cleared things up and they STILL call me 2-4 times a day!!  So****ing needs to be done with companies like this.

Called then ***g up when I picked up. When I called back it said the number was unassigned.

Received a call from this number and had no idea who it was. Called it back and the recording said it was an unassigned number.

They just called me at 8:43 pm

I receive the same calls. I wish I knew who it was and had their home number so I could call them at various times through out the day and night so I could wake them up as well. The government needs to lookinto this for the private citizens!

How can I stop the calling? 3, 4 or 5 times a day 24/7? And it never rings enough for me to answer the phone.

This inconsiderate person calls all the time, on the weekend, early in the morning on holidays. The one day I get to sleep in and the phone rings and rings. I am sick of them calling. How do we stop the calls?

I received a call from this number, they said they were from "citigroup" and that I was late on my car payment and wanted to make arrangements for payment.  But I wasn't late on my payment so I was asked to verify my address.  Before I though about it I did.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number.  No message was left and when I called back it also said the I had reached an unassigned number.

this # was identified by vonage caller id to be "citigroup" but called back it says that I "have reached an unassigned number"

I received a call on my cell phone and did not recognize the number (817/837-7838); therefore, I did not take the call.  They did not leave a message; the call appears to be from a landline out of Roanoke, Texas.  When I call the number back, I receive a recording stating "You have reached an unassigned number" and the call is disconnected.

Someone from this number: 817-837-7838 called me and didn't leave a message. When I tried calling it back, the recording said, "You have reached an unassigned number."
