called twice in less than a minute. no message left. after reading the above comments I realize it must be spam as I moved in with my ***her. I havent paid an electric bill in over two years.... why do I need to save money? I obviously would not have signed up for this information!

Called me 2 times within less than a minute. I called the phone number from a different phone and an automated message stated, "Please press a digit to be removed. This may take 24-48 hrs. Thank you." Spam.

I couldn't answer and they didn't leave a message. If this number is calling this many different people, I have to reasonably conclude the call is not legitimate (spam).
