***, I thought I was the only one.  And the man who keeps calling sounds like he's from India.  Asking me to verify my name and ss#.  I just ***g the phone up.

The call came from California,I had a friend of mine who lives there to call the number,he told me that the guy didn't speak well at all an said they where an attorny firm,they tried to get info,my friend ***g up.BUT IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!! TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We are all victims of third party stolen information,when you apply on line for a loan your information is some how given to these third party thieves,remember the number an just don't answer the phone,if you do,then your giving them levarage to ***** you around,report the matter to the proper authority.THE ENTERNET WILL NEVER BE SAFE!

I keep getting calls from this number looking for some one else.  The message is addressed to this woman threatening a lawsuit for lack of payment on a payday loan.  What is really aggravating is that they are calling and texting my cell phone!  I can not get these people to stop!

Keep getting calls from this number threatening me with a lawsuit.  Tonight they called and I gave them my attorney's phone number and ***g up.  They called back twice and when I answered the third time and told them to quit calling me the man threatened to call my employer and "you will get fired.  I will tell them to fire you!"  I told him that I knew he could not legally do that and he got angry with me and threatened me with a lawsuit and told me I would lose everything I owned.   I ***g up.

i keep gettin a call like this to for a 20thousand car loan i keep tellin them i dnt want it and i nver applied for a loan but they wont leave me alone

I keep getting call from this number telling me I have been approved for a 3500 dollar loan but I need to go and get a money pak from Walmart for fifty dollars and call them with the numbers and the money would be refunded to me with the loan . This man who says his name is Sam is Indian but speaks english very fluantly is very annoying hes calling three and four times a day please tell me how to get him off my back. I told him he was a con artist and he ***g up in my face and called right back and asked if I want the loan are not. It is so sad we live in such an untru****l world People should be ashamed of trying to beat the poor people out of their money if we had it to give you think we would be applying for a payday loan.The man said he was calling from Cash Net Usa and I called to see if I had been approved for a loan and they told me that they didn't even offer loans in the state of Georgia much less they didn' even have an application on me. WOW WHAT A CROOK  What kind of people are you to prey on people like that especially the unsuspecting who give you all they have. I called late one night and  they said it was American Loan Investigation Dept.

This is a scam.  I have spoken to the Sheriff about it.  What they are doing is calling from another country, but they have bought a number in California and they are forwarding calls there.  So, it is a scam!

Thanks Jordan I am going to because they have been calling me non stop and then someone said so****ing about the was a police officer for some comapany.

Maria-yes its a scam-they are trying to get money from folks who owe nothing for payday loans. give them no info-just tell them you are reporting them to the FBI,and local authorties.

I have been recieving phone calls from this company saying there is a lawsuit a***nst me.  Is this a scam?

I got this call today at my work place, and i couldn't understand anything they were saying, they had to put three differant people on. And i kept asking what is this in regards to and they said it was a lawsuit a***nst me and that's all they kept saying finally i just ***g up. IS this some time of scam??
