I just got the same call...barely can understand him...I think its a make shift collections agency.  probably bought our info for pennies on the dollar and is trying to use scare tactics to collect.  I love how he tries to scare people by wishing them good luck implying that their safety is in danger.  Save the vm that you receive and report it to the police.  They will track the # and pay him a visit.

first said he was a police officer then told me they were lawyers and I had fraud charges a***nst me when I asked for the court house number it was to the same people who said he was an attorny general thwy left 8 messages in 1 day!!!

A man claiming to be an attorney called at 7:30 am saying I owe money for a loan. Threatened with suing me and threatened to report this to my current employer and that I would loose my job. He claimed i owed $300 plus attorney fees and what not. THE SCARY PART IS HE KNEW MY CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER, SOCIAL SECURITY, PARENTS NAMES AND MY NAME, BIRTHDAY, ETC...ANY ONE KNOWS WHO I SHOULD CONTACT TO REPORT THIS SCAM/FRAUD?-THANKS

I ketp receiving calls from 818 338 5092 at work. Since I didn't pick up the phone, the guy left a message on my voicemail. He had a heavy accent and I couldn't understand what he was saying, except "so****ing about attorney and I wish you a good luck..."I'm not sure who he is, so I'm not going to return the call. I think it's a scam.
