They called looking to lower my interest rate and said they were from Chase Bank of America. Which are two different competing banks. They knew several of my credit card numbers from different banks but only the first four digits. They wanted me to give them the rest of the numbers and my Zip code. I told them I was not comfortable and they sent me to the supervisor who was even more aggressive. I told him I was ****ing up and I did. They sounded foreign and the call center was very noisy. Scammers. I called my CC company and cancelled my Chase Card just to be safe.
