Received this call frequently, caller is pre-recorded, voices says "Hello, this is Heather at Account Services, there is currently no problem with your credit card......." I have been receiving such calls now for well over ten years. Of course, the number keeps c****ing. My credit union informed me this caller will obtain credit card account info from unsuspecting persons being called, and their account will be billed for credit life and disability insurance, and once this transaction is completed, the credit union cannot remove it from your account.

I got this call on my cell phone and used up precious minutes hearing the recording "This is Heather at Account Services... blah blah". I ***g up, and added 818-420-8309 to the growing list of numbers for which the ring tone is "no ring." That's the only way I know of stopping this nuisance from bothering me a***n.

Called saying they were a credit card company. They were going to reduce my interest rate to a fixed rate around 6%. They said they were out of Orlando FL. He asked me for the expiration date of my card and then he wanted the last 12 digits of my credit card... HUGE Red flag s****ed waving. Very evasive when I asked questions about his company. No real answers just sales pitches tugging on emoitions of saving me money and helping me. Creepy company attempting to steal from people already hurting in this difficult economic time. Sad sad sad. There will be many who will lose money to these unethical fools.
Said they were calling about my credit card account. Said there was nothing wrong with it but... I said can't be anything wrong with it, cause I don't have one.
