Wanted to buy our printer cartridges and then said he had computer issues and needed to call back. This is the second call we received and same cir***stances.

Wants to speak to someone I never heard of,demanded to speak to owner,then asked for a secretary who buys printer supplies. yelled at me when no one was available. This is not how to sell stuff bro.

Just s****ed asking about me, how i was doing, what my plans for the weekend was. Once I asked who he was, he said Mike. I said Mike who? He mi****ed my voice and repeated back what i said. I replied, that this was a business and if he wasn't a client then I needed to get back to work. He then told me I was being snippy and ***g up.

Reached out to ask who my printing company was. He openly mocked my voice on the phone.

About our copier, wanted to know who was in charge. Would not give his name the second time called and pushed asking for the "secretary", we do not have one. Tried to be slick but was too creepy to fool anyone.

Wants my office manager to buy new printer parts from him. Did not introduce himself or his company. Too slick and friendly,asked too many questions. Could fool an inexperienced receptionist who takes all people at face value.
