Asked me to verify info when i refused he got irritated and said that he was calling to inform me that i had been sent corrospondence to clear up a debt (which i didn't owe and had never even heard of not to mention that it was completely impossible for it to have been in my name anyway) said that it was a payday loan for $8984 and that since it wasn't paid back that it was reported as stolen and that all my accounts would be frozen and that as he spoke he was reffering it to the local authorities and that they would be coming within 24 hours to take me into custody then when i said that there was no way that it was possible that i have NEVER applied for a loan EVER because i have two children and believe that if i don't have the cash then i don't need it. then he replied well don't worry about your children i will have someone at the department of human services notified to be there to take your children since you will be detained till a court date. then he asked for my lawyers info which i didn't give them and he said he had nothing more to say that i didn't need to defend myself a***nst him that he was just a paralegal and i would need to defend myself in a court of law just to go ahead and pack mine and my kids bags and be waiting for the police to show up. *****after i ***g up the phone i called the atty. general and he said that it was a scam just trying to get ppl to beg to pay this nonexistant debt so they can get free money and****ured me that it was nothing to get scared over or lose any sleep over. he said just to ignore the call from here own out and if they left a voicemail to forward it to his office. In the 30 minutes following all this the number called back 16 times... it would look like the authorities would be sent to their door!!!

Trying to get info on my husband.  I told him to prove the debt.  I told them him he was a fraud and he threatened to send the cops to arrest me and my husband.  Wish there was so****ing we could do about these calls.
