(818) 462-5714 Capital One....also calls me from 972-378-4101. 3 times in 5 minutes this morning. Finally answered it and told them they are harrassing me. A supervisor said they are permitted to call up to 15times a day if you don't identify yourself in one call. I tld them I am a cancer patient recovering from surgery and they can care less! I know I owe them but they won't even give a hardship****istance UNTIL YOU ARE 61 DAYS LATE!!!!! They also called me from:708-546-4538 10/14 11:41AM, 678-608-2772 10/9 8:03PM. 443-341-0097 10/9 5:37PM, 832-529-3473 10/9 5:15PM.

3 calls from this number on 10-01-09, ***ody answered, I tried dialing back, nothing,, seeing other complaint about capitol one auto financing has me thinking i just got lied to by one of their reps as I questioned them about it, I was told that they had not tried to contact on this day, did a search and found it was indeed tied to them,,, Fk'n LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been getting phone calls from  "Kindhearts"  to donate 5$ to $100.  A female with an arabic voice calls repeatedly every day. The organisation sounds great. Please stop calling I have no money. I will call the police.  Hellen Collins.

These people call me 10-15 times a day...even if they leave a message, they still keep calling. NEVER buy anything using CAPITAL ONE AUTO EVER!!!!!
