Calls are from a coward that doesn't say anything. All I hear is music. Reporting you to the Feds.

Non-stop calling from this number- possible Kaplan CE as I registered for information MONTHS ago- very annoying. No response, no messages, just keeps calling.

This number will not stop calling me. They say they are a school. They called me today at 5am and called 6 times in the past 4 hours.

Same as everyone else. It seems like most other people have also recently signed up for online degree info (possibly Kaplan) before recieving these calls. When someone finally does answer they want you to sign up for some "schooling".

They have been continually calling me for the past month. They called me 8 times yes****ay alone, and I never picked up. I don't owe anyone money or give my cell # to random people, and have my cell registered on the national do not call list. They never leave a message, and all I have been able to find online is that it is some kind of scam.

Got a call from this number but they did not leave a message.  When I call the number back there is just music playing.  No one answers.

I get sometimes 2 calls per day from this number, even on weekends.  I only answered it twice and no-one was there.  I used one of those number trackers on the computer, and they gave me an address in California, but no name, you have to subscribe to the service to get names.  I suspect that it is all a scam to get you to suscribe to these services.

Asked for me I identified myself. I asked who I was speaking to. The person went right into their sales pitch. I asked a***n, no response. The person would not identify themselves.

I received the same call this afternoon 10/18. When I answered there was no one on the other and and when I called back it played music.

We received a call from this number and all the phone said was Sherman Oaks, CA. I tried calling it back the next day (today) and it rang once then immediately s****ed playing music. Not sure if the music was a ring back or what but no one ever answered.
