Fake IRS call - definitely a collection scam

Claims the IRS has filed a lawsuit.

I believe that its a scam. They did not provided the IRS id and/or agent number as the OFFICIAL IRS would do. Also, just being honest my IRS debt is in bankruptcy so by law the IRS is not allowed to call me concerning a debt. I honestly believe this is a scam
