Called my mother stating that I had a legal matter I had 2 hours to respond to or else it'd be a "failure to appear". Even gave her a case number and this phone number as the call-back. Total BS. I didn't call them back because F- them, right?

Left a message stating he was from FTD and that I failed to sign for a package they were trying to deliver and that I needed "to call the firm that hired him to deliver the package within 2 hours", then at the end of the message said I had to call them NOW

Called my mom's house and told her that I was being served in a civil matter. Funny thing is that I'm a bit of a legal beagle. Nice try.

They called and said they have a complaint for me that I refused to sign that I have two hour to call this number

Called and said I was being sued by advance america. They claimed they were trying to prevent it from going to court but later said it wasn't filed with the court. Said he worked for Law Offices of Yang and****ociates out of Los Angeles, Ca. but when I googled it the firm is out if Texas. Almost had my money!!! Wow!
